tim monroe

Tim Monroe, a petty criminal, escapes from prison with his best friend, Joe Miner. A simple man hopelessly in love with his wife, he seeks to reunite with her but discovers she's been unfaithful. Miner invites Tim to forget his loneliness on Hell Street where he drowns his sorrows only to discover a gruesome murder has taken place.
